Why aren’t my lists on my other phone?
Lists sync with your account once you sign in. Sign in with the same account on both devices; guest accounts belong to one device. The profile card in Settings shows which account you’re using.
Can I add an item without a photo?
No. In Tierio every item is a photo with a name. To change either later, tap the item’s thumbnail.
How many candidates can a tournament have?
Tournaments are played with 128, 64, 32 or 16 candidates. Your own tournament needs at least 16 and at most 128; pick the photos in bulk and name each one.
My friend can’t join the room.
Check that the code has four characters and that the host still has the app open. The room closes for everyone when the host leaves or stays disconnected for a while. A room holds up to eight people.
Why can’t I delete my public list?
Once someone else has ranked it, a public list can no longer be deleted or made private, so their comparison keeps working. Deleting your account still removes it.
How do I report something?
If you see an inappropriate public list or username, send the list’s name and its owner’s username to [email protected].
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete account. What gets deleted is listed in the Privacy Policy.
