Terms of Use
By downloading or using Tierio you agree to these terms. How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Tierio is a free app for making tier lists with photos, playing knockout tournaments, comparing your rankings with others’ and ranking together with friends in party rooms. We may change, improve or remove features over time.
2. Your account
Some features need you to sign in as a guest or with Apple, Google or e-mail. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for what is done with it. Your username must not impersonate anyone or be misleading or offensive.
3. What you share
The photos, names and lists you add are yours. Only add content you have the right to share. When you make a list public or use it in a party room, you allow Tierio to store, show and copy it as far as the service needs to. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account; public lists that others have ranked stay published until you delete your account.
4. Acceptable use
- Don’t share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual or glorifies violence.
- Don’t share other people’s personal information, private photos or copyrighted material without permission.
- Don’t try to break the service’s security, access other people’s data or overload the service.
- Don’t use Tierio to scrape data with automated tools or to spread unwanted content.
To report content that breaks these rules, write to [email protected]; we may review and remove it.
5. Intellectual property
Tierio’s name, logo, design and software belong to Tierio. The photos in ready-made lists come from freely licensed sources and belong to their owners; their authors and licences are listed on the Photo credits page.
6. Fees
Tierio is free, with no ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases. If that changes we will announce it in advance and never start a paid feature without your consent.
7. Limits of liability
Tierio is provided “as is”; we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We suggest keeping a copy of important lists, for instance as a shared picture. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or for content shared by users. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
8. Restricting access
We may remove content that breaks these terms and restrict or close accounts. You can close your account at any time in Settings → Delete account.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. As a consumer, you keep the right to turn to the consumer arbitration boards and courts where you live.
10. Changes and contact
When we update these terms we change the date above and announce significant changes. Questions: [email protected].
